With six exam rooms, one behavioral health office, an educational classroom space and a mother’s room, the Teen and Young Adult Health Center serves our entire community but caters to those from preteen to 25 years old. Patients are welcome to park in the Walgreens lot located behind the building.

Hours of Operation

Monday: 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM*

Tuesday: 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM*

Wednesday: 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM*

Thursday: 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM*

Friday: 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM*

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: CLOSED

*Facility closes daily from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm for a lunch break
